Low Back Quick Fixes

Low back pain is something I am often asked about from my clients, students, friends and family. I wanted to share a helpful blog from the world of Yoga Tune Up. This is the most instrumental form of yoga that I teach, it is based on self-massage, corrective movement, and breath to prevent and heal injury and pain.
